The Chicken Chew has been held for over 50 years! All proceeds are divided between The Lions Club and The Coloma Fire Department.
The Coloma Lions Club supports local organizations and school activities as well as international projects such as eye tissue transplants and diabetes education.
The Coloma Fire Department funds go to purchase equipment not only for fires, but also for life saving equipment for our community. Money raised eases the burden on the taxpayers. This festival depends upon local volunteers and everyone in the community is encouraged to sign-up to help. Please visit https://signup.com/go/XtURGbE to sign up, there are still plenty of opportunities.
