The Village of Westfield will be reconstructing North Main Street. This work is expected to begin the week of April 24, 2023, although that may change, and continue through September 2023. This project will replace sanitary sewer laterals, install storm sewer, reconstruct and widen the roadway, install concrete curb and gutter and asphalt pavement.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation will also be replacing the bridge on North Main Street, north of Spring Street.
There will also be a public information meeting on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 6:00pm at Westfield Village Hall. The format will include a short presentation led by the village’s consulting engineering firm, MSA Professional Services, Inc. After that, the consultant and village officials will be available to discuss specific questions residents may have pertaining to property access, the construction process, or anything else construction related.
Persons with special needs should inform Village officials or the Engineer so special accommodations can be made during construction.
Landowners should inform Village officials or the Engineer of special items such as sump pumps, reinforced concrete driveways, sprinkler systems, invisible fencing, etc. that may need to be accommodated during construction.
