University of Wisconsin-Madison Extension 4-H Youth Development faculty member, Christa Van Treeck, received national recognition at the National Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals National Conference held in Memphis, Tennessee.

The Montello High School Snowball dance will be held Saturday, January 29th from 8pm-11pm with the Grand March at 9:00pm. They are asking students and spectators to bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the school’s Operation Backpack program. On Saturday, December 11, St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and Trinity United Methodist Church are hosting a community Live Nativity to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The event will take place from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM and all are welcome to come and join in or just enjoy the scene.
