The Montello High School Drama Department will present the musical “Fiddler on the Roof” on the high school Community Room stage, March 17th through March 20th.
Marquette County Sheriff’s Office now has three Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) since Deputy Colin Zeumer recently qualified after completing both the academic training as well as 60 hours of field training with certified DRE instructors from across Wisconsin and assistance from officers with the City of Milwaukee Police Department.

A high-speed vehicle pursuit that began in Green Lake County and ended with a vehicle crash on County Road K, Town of Packwaukee, in Marquette County last Friday evening led to the arrest of, and felony charges filed against Austin E. Manthey, 20, of Montello.
Glen Bubolz has served as chief for 30 years, and in total has more than 50 years of service to Montello Fire Department. Glen has tirelessly given his time and talent to the citizens of the Montello Joint Fire Dist. The Ethel Everhard Memorial Library renovation is moving along! The library, in partnership with the Westfield High School AP History Students, put a time capsule in the wall to be opened at the 100th anniversary of the library, in the year 2072. The AP History Students worked on this project at the behest of the Library Board of Trustees.
